Did you ever need a digital copy of some paper document to send out, but there is no flatbed scanner nearby? Taking a picture from iPhone is intuitive, but the picure would be perspective distored, with low-light environment or even has some shadows covered texts. The image quality will not be comparable with any decent flatbed scanner.
With DocScan, scanning and sending a document as high-resolution PDF or zipped JPEG is a matter of seconds. In addition, You can draw lines or annotate on the scanned image before saving it as a PDF document. The image quality is very close to what you can get from a flatbed scanner. |

DocScan automatically detects document boundary with a curve shape. In addition these curves are editable by dragging on their control points. To add a control point, touch on one of the cross points between a cross line and curves. A point can be deleted by selecting it first and then clicking on the X button. |

time in adjusting boundary for correcting perspective distortion. Then, you can adjust the document aspect ratio by
yourself or proceed further image processing.
Thanks to image processing algorithms, it can remove soft-edged shadows and compensate shading light to
brighten up the document. |
